How do I accept an invitation?
If the grant provider offers BankID signing on a form that you are expected to sign, you must do this before you can accept your invitation. Follow the instructions in the manual found here. You can accept an invitation in two different ways, either via the email you have received or if you choose to log in without going through the email.
If you choose to go through the email:
- Log in with your email and password on Researchweb.
- Click on the link, and the application will open, and you can decide whether you want to participate in the application or not.
If you choose to log in to Researchweb:
- Log in to Researchweb.
- On the start page, there is a yellow notice that reads "You have an unanswered invitation! Click here to accept/decline the invitation."
- Click on the link, and the application will open, and you can decide whether you want to participate in the application or not.
Alternatively, you can find the invitations under "Applications" in the top menu. They are marked on the application with a notice about the invitation.
Error messages that may occur:
If you receive an error message, for example, that you do not have access to view the application or that you do not have a yellow notice on the start page, it could be due to 2 different issues. In both cases below, it is advisable to contact the main applicant and ask them to send the invitation to the correct email or contact support ( support@notreal-test.@.comresearchweb.org) who can help you see what has happened.
- You have more than 1 personal profile in Researchweb. If you have more than one personal profile in Researchweb, you can contact support who can merge your personal profiles without losing any information.
- The invitation has been sent to an email address that is not registered in Researchweb.
