Grant
A researcher's ability to attract grants is a merit that is often highly valued, both during application processes and in evaluations. Grants are found in the profile, just like publications and other merits. It also becomes much easier for researchers to add their grants to applications, projects, and their CV, without duplicate data entry. Grants that come from a funding agency using Researchweb® appear automatically and are marked as a "verified" grant.
Grants in the Profile section:
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner. Select profile.
- Click on the "Grants" tab.
You are now presented with a list of awarded grants that you have received in Researchweb®. In the search field, you can search for your already added grants. Click the button next to each grant to include or exclude a grant in your CV. If you include a grant, it becomes available to reviewers and other users (depending on your privacy settings).
- If you want to add a new grant, click on the "Add new grant" button at the bottom of the list.
- Fill in all mandatory fields.
- Save
To edit an added grant, click on the pencil icon next to the grant. To delete an added grant, use the trash can icon next to the grant. You cannot delete verified grants, but you can exclude them from your CV using the button on the grant.
Grants in the application section: In your application (if the funding agency requires this information), as an applicant, click on "Edit funding agencies." There you are presented with a list of your grants. Click the button next to each grant to include or exclude a grant in your application. It then becomes available to reviewers and other users (depending on your privacy settings). Click on the "Add new grant" button to add a new grant. All new grants you fill in here are automatically added to your CV. You have the option to search for a grant that is already in your list by using the search function "Search for grants."
