Privacy settings / hidden profiles

When it comes to your privacy settings you have three different levels to choose from. Your choice affect how visable your profile is for other people.

1. Show my user account to everyone - You do not need to be logged in to see your information such as your basic information in your account.
2. Show my user account only to other Researchweb users - You need to have an account in Researchweb in order to find and see your information.
3. Show my user account from everyone, except authorized users - This setting will not allow any person in the system to see your information except an administrator. Keep in mind that with this setting on your account no other Researchweb user can find you if they would want to invite you as a coworker in an application/project. They can still invite you by emailaddress.
