What is print form 1 and where do I find it?

Please note! Grant providers have different ways of using print forms. The email messages you receive dealing with your application tells you which print forms are linked to your application.

If the grant provider has chosen to use a confirmation form (referred to in the manual as print form 1), it becomes visible when you have clicked on "Submit" and then "Complete". This form must be signed by you and often your manager/supervisor. In some cases, it must also be signed by colleagues and/or advisors (if so, this will be clearly indicated on the form). Most forms offer digital signing via BankID. Otherwise, you will need to print it out and sign it together with the others mentioned on the form. After that, you send the form along with copies of any certificates to the address specified on the form.

Where can I find Print form 1 if I have not signed it?

If you did not sign when submitting the application, you can access the form by going to the application. You can find it under "Applications" in the top menu. There is a "form" button above the title of the application to which the form applies.
