How to Add a Co-worker/Co-applicant to My Application

If the person has a Researchweb account, you must invite the co-applicant/co-worker using the email address that is already registered in their personal card. Note! You can invite a co-applicant/co-worker even if they don't have a user account in the system. When you send an invitation, they will need to create an account when accepting your invitation.

  1. In the application form, there is a button to add co-workers/co-applicants, click there.
  2. Search for the person you want to add and then click on their name.
  3. If you cannot find a person through the search, you can instead search directly using the person's email address. When you do this, an "Invite" button appears to the right of the search box that allows you to send an invitation, regardless of whether the person already has an account or not.
  4. The invitation is automatically saved, click on "Back to application".

How to Remove/Change a Co-worker/Co-applicant in My Application

  1. Find your application via "Applications", go to it and click on "Edit" on the right to enter the editing mode of your application.
  2. Once in your application, you can click on the "edit co-applicant/co-worker" button.
  3. Click on "remove" next to the person you want to remove.
  4. To invite someone else, you can search for the person you want to add and then click on their name if they appear.
  5. You can search by both the person's name or email address. If you don't get any matches, it means that the person in question has a hidden account or no account at all in Researchweb, and you will need to send an invitation to the email that is registered or to be registered.
  6. Click on the "Back to application" button.
