Why can I not have two user accounts?

Many funding organizations use Researchweb, and you should use the same personal profile regardless of which funder you're applying to. The main purpose is to save time so you don't have to create your CV from scratch every time you apply for funding. Therefore, there is no reason to have multiple user accounts.

The most common problem when trying to create a personal profile in Researchweb is that you have already created one previously. You will then receive a message informing you that an account is already registered.

Another reason why you might not be able to create a personal profile is that you haven't updated your profile despite receiving email reminders to do so. After a certain period, your personal profile will be removed. To restore your personal profile, contact the administrator of the funding organization.
